Note: This guideline does not fully ensure that you will get 5 stars, though at least 2 if you are a beginner.

The Guide[]

This guide will make sure you learn all steps to enjoy building and to get a theme park that people like not based on how many stars you have but how the park is designed; you'll get lots of likes!

Section 1[]

This is the main part where you will be learning how to satisfy guests first

  1. Organise your park properly before you begin. If you have already made a park and you think it looks a little messy, it's fine. Just delete some items (if you have quite a fair bit of money) and re-organise them.
  2. Make sure you have decorations around. Most people don't think this is important and miss out on this bit as they thought decorations don't help you earn money. Actually, decorations attract slightly more guests which means more guests to ride your rides which also means, more money!
  3. There should be an area for every guest to be able to sit and rest without hassle. The real truth is that they also rest, just check their comments!
  4. Trash cans are extremely important. If you don't implement enough, you'll realise you have to waste a lot of time cleaning up trash time and time over again. I'm not saying you must spread out all items like seats and bins randomly but you can have a certain area where all of an item is group together. However for the rubbish bin part, I personally prefer adding a bin near a queue to a ride. If there are bridges or linking paths which lead to other rides but don't have rides connected to them, you must add bins or else... trash will be strewned everywhere!
  5. Add lighting! It will also be easier for you yourself and other players to enjoy walking around your park at night!
  6. Clear all trash! It will raise your park rating!
  7. Don't keep saving money! Buy land plots and new rides; it's more profitable!
  8. Add different types of stalls, including restrooms. You will earn additional money instead of depending on rides for your money supply
  9. Add decorated ponds, hills, pits, caves and other creative items like overhead bridges around your park.
  10. Make sure you have all types of rides including both custom and non-custom rides.
  11. New Tip (1): Make sure you add all types of stalls including hats. I (Isaac aka SydeFI) got stuck at 3 stars for my theme park; however, when I added just one stall in one of my underground train stations (click here to find out more in my underground train guide), the rating of my park rose to 4.5 miraculously! Just cleared some trash and it became a 5 star park!
  12. New Tip (2): Don't waste precious space on looping giant roller coasters all over the place. This will eat up your park space and you would not be able to have multiple levels / floors / storeys on your park. Click here or scroll to Section 4 to find out more.
  13. New Tip (2): Add a great transport train or monorail ride; although guests will take the ride as a ride and not a form of transport, you yourself can enjoy the ride. Note that you can add multiple stations by placing station segments separated from other track pieces. This can be done to any custom-track ride meaning roller coasters and rides that allows you to custom-build it.
  14. New Tip (3): Use your creativity! Your park doesn't have to look like everyone else's park. You can have buildings containing rides and stalls, rest areas and so on! Your theme park doesn't have to be very realistic either. You can decorate and design rides to make them cozy!
  15. New Tip (3): One common building players often build is the Food Court! They add stalls and seating and them to make the place feel like a real enjoyment.
  16. New Tip (3): You can paint stalls of the same type different colours to make your stalls look as if they sell different things. For example, you can place multiple Soft Drinks Stalls of different colours to represent selling different drinks!

Section 2[]

This will be the part where you satisfy other players in the game when they visit your park. Multiple upgrades are in this section.

Part 1 - The Painting Upgrade[]

You can choose to paint:

  • Rides
  • Stalls
  • Bins
  • Paths (Good for attraction)
  • Fences or Decor (Good for attraction and theme)

This can be used to paint different themes as well. Tip: Don't use a single neon colour for your park as it can hurt players eyes and others may keep commenting the same thing to use natural colours. Use a variety of neon colours so that you get better comments from others and more likes!

Part 2 - The Fence Upgrade[]

You can choose to add fences to create nice queues or to fence up some rides and areas.

Part 3 - The Different Themes Upgrade[]

You can edit the ground (e.g. changing the grass to sand).

Part 4 - The Transportation Upgrade[]

You can add (a) train line(s) to transport guests and other players around your park.

Section 3[]

This part of this guide will tell you what to do when you want to add extra detailed items.

You can add:

  • Signs to tell what each ride is (Since Roblox filters numbers on signs too, use roman numerals. For example, if the ride is Teacups 3, put the words on the sign,"Teacups III" instead.)
  • Roofs for rides with no shelter
  • Fence up the outer part of each ride
  • An area for people to rest and sit
  • Fancy buildings or train stations

Section 4[]

Finally, you will be learning to add levels. This is very simple as you just need to edit the terrain height to make (a) basement level(s). This is good for making underground trains if you have a lack of space to build a train track above ground. Click the key '5' on your keyboard and start editing the heights of the ground! You can get 256+ guests if you use almost all your park space so like I mentioned earlier on, don't waste space on making extra large roller coasters. Click here to find out more about multi-storey and indoor theme parks.

Extra Notes and Tips:[]

  1. Any transport ride can have multiple staions, like a real train.
  2. Roller coasters are supported by thin support pillars but when you build over an item e.g. a path or ride, there will be no support pillars attached to the items.
  3. a) You can adjust the price of rides

     b) You can change the price of all stalls to the same by clicking a button

 4. Don't overprice anything in your theme park. Make things slightly cheaper in your park to attract more guests.

 5. If you have parts of buildings in your theme park that pop or stick out of the buildings, you can attach brackets             to both make the building look fancier and they act as support to the protruding parts.

Conclusion[]

And that's it! You've all tips at your screen so you can feel free to re-read this guideline or comment if you would like to give feedback, extra ideas or other issues you would like to bring up for me to edit or add on! Thank you for checking out my blog and I hope you enjoyed reading it as I spent an hour doing it! Bye!
