Decided to screw with different mechanics. This is the most successful. Nothing but $900 Space Rings, low tier stalls, benches, cans, and lights. The build (before decorating) cost about $35000. The park currently makes 1.5-2K per minute with all rides and stalls at $11 and the enterance fee at $100.
I just put in the benches after a day or two and park attendance went from 65 to 115, so benches are pretty important.
